Registration Policy

To book your class slots, F8 Advertising requires advanced registration and payment. As the seats per class are limited, we encourage you to register and pay as early as possible to ensure your slot. Please remember that slots are allocated on a first-pay, first-served basis.

Steps to register

For added convenience, students are given different options to register for classes.

  • Step 1: Student may register for the class by fax or email. Download the form (F8 Advertising Workshop form), and email the accomplished form to f8advertising@gmail.com.
  • Step 2: You will receive an acknowledgment through email or text on the next business day. In the acknowledgment, we will inform you of the availability of slots for the class on your preferred date. If your preferred date is already fully booked, we will recommend the alternative class dates, closest to your preferred schedule. Please call us immediately if you do not receive an acknowledgment within the next business day.
  • Step 3: Once you have confirmed a seat is available, please proceed with payment processing.

Course Fees

Seminar fee covers seminar kit, related materials, handouts, and certificate of attendance.F8 Advertising is not liable for any expense incurred by the student due to the cancellation of any of our classes.

Payment Procedure

To confirm your registration, we must receive at least 50 percent of the course fee, within 5 days after you register. The balance is due on the first day of class, before 8:45 AM.

Accepted payment methods include: BPI Account, MasterCard and Visa (through Paypal), and GCash. You may also deliver the payment to our training venue.

Details are as follows:

  • BPI Account: Deposit the payment to any BPI branch, (Acct # 003 400 0011 96 – in favor of ‘Momentum Business Center’). Then fax to +63 2 5233819 the deposit slip with your name and training course written legibly on it.
  • Paypal: Details to be provided soon.
  • Gcash: Send the payment to 0917 88 11 0 55
  • On-site Payment: Cash/check. You may also give the payment to Unit 2 Leon Guinto Townhouse III, Leon Guinto St cor. Aragon St., Malate, Manila, Philippines. Click to see map

Students unable to provide payment information upon registration will be given a tentative seat in the class until payment is received.

Class Hours

Class hours may vary according to the subject matter, but classes generally start at 9am. To ensure that you don’t miss any of the class discussions and activities, please arrive on or before 9am.

Venue

Our classroom training sessions / workshops are held at Unit 2 Leon Guinto Townhouse III, Leon Guinto St cor. Aragon St., Malate, Manila, Philippines. Click to see map

Instructors may specify a different venue for off-site sessions.

Payment Policy

F8 Advertising cannot guarantee a seat in any class unless payment has been received or other arrangements have been made. As classes fill, students that have not paid are subject to be rescheduled. F8 reserves the right to refuse admission to any student unless payment has been received or prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy

In order to provide the most consistent schedule of classes possible, please follow the cancellation policy:

  • F8 will make every effort to hold classes on the dates scheduled once the minimum number of students has registered for class.
  • Cancellations should be made in writing via email (f8advertising@gmail.com) or fax (+63 2 5233819).
  • Unless stated otherwise, cancellations received 5 or more business days prior to the first day of class are eligible for a full refund or Training Credit.
  • Students and/or organizations that cancel with less than 5 business days notice are responsible for the full cost of the class and will receive F8 Training Credits for the amount paid. Training Credits are transferable and may be used toward payment for any F8 Advertising class. Training Credits not used within one year are forfeited.
  • Students may reschedule their class to a different date.
  • Students canceling without notice (“no shows”) are responsible for the full cost of the class and are eligible to re-register for the class under F8’s Free Repeat policy.
  • Occasionally, we are forced to cancel a class because of low enrollment or emergencies. In such cases, we are liable for the return of registration fees only.

Free Repeat Policy (Satisfaction Guaranteed)

F8 students may repeat any class one time free-of-charge, on a space-available basis within 1 year from the date of their original class.

  • Free Repeat Classes must be the same as the original class. They are not transferable and are only available once payment for the original class has been received in full.
  • Free Repeats are subject to class and seat availability – F8 Advertising does not guarantee that any class will be offered again within one year.
  • Students should bring any training materials received in the original class when repeating the course. Replacement copies of these materials may be purchased, when available, for an additional charge.
